Our Story

Windy Countryside Venue is a family-owned business inspired by a lifetime of gatherings, celebrations, and cherished memories.

Growing up, we were blessed to spend countless weekends and holidays on our family’s farm in Guatemala. Those experiences shaped our belief that life’s most meaningful moments happen when people come together.

Years later, as Aggies and Texans at heart, we dreamed of creating a place that captured that same feeling. A place where families could celebrate milestones, friends could reconnect, and people could gather to create memories of their own. That dream became Wind Countryside Venue.

We are honored to share this special place with our community and look forward to welcoming every guest who becomes part of our Windy story.

Our welcoming front porch sets the tone for the day ahead. Perfect for cocktail hour, guest arrivals, mingling and outdoor gatherings. First Breeze offers a relaxed setting where guests can enjoy beautiful Texas sunsets and the charm of the countryside. (Recommended Capacity: 75-80 guests)

The heart of Windy.

A warm and inviting gathering space designed for connection and conversation. The Gathering Lounge features a dedicated coffee bar area, straight from our family farm in Guatemala, Del Café, along with our mobile bar, Wind Down Bar. This space is ideal for cocktail receptions, social events, rehearsal dinners and indoor gatherings. (Recommended Capacity: 60-70 guests).

Where every space comes together.

The Flow seamlessly connects the Gathering Lounge and the Vista Room, creating a natural transition between spaces. It serves as the perfect serving area for buffets, food stations, dessert displays and catering service while allowing guests to move comfortably throughout the venue. (Recommended Capacity: X guests).

Intimate. Elegant. Memorable

A charming indoor dining space designed for seated meals, private celebrations, meetings and intimate receptions. Large windows showcase the beautiful views of the pond and surrounding greenery, creating a peaceful backdrop that brings the beauty of the outdoors inside. (Recommended Capacity: 37 guests).

Gather under the open sky.

A spacious covered porch that extends the celebration outdoors while offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Whether used for dining, entertainment, cocktail seating or simply enjoying the scenery. Horizon Porch provides flexibility and unforgettable views. (Recommended Capacity: Up to 80 guests).

Situated on 9 scenic acres, Windy offers open green spaces, mature trees and a picturesque pond that creates countless opportunities for ceremonies, photography, lawn games and memorable guest experiences.
